Physicians and Staff

Dr Quinn graduated from McGill University and completed training at McGill in Internal Medicine.

Cardiology training was completed at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Following this a fellowship in Echocardiography and Angiography was completed at The Ottawa Heart Institute. Dr Quinn is currently on staff at the Montfort Hospital and the Heart Institute in Ottawa and serves as the consultant cardiologist to the National Defence Medical Center.

He was the co-founder of the Ottawa Cardiovascular Centre, which has become the largest outpatient based clinic treating cardiovascular disease within the province.

Dr Quinn is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa. He was Chief of Medicine and ICU Director at the Montfort Hospital for 18 years. Teaching medical students to cardiology fellows continues to be one of his greatest interests.
